  3. No Income limits or restrictions. Buyer can make $1m a year and still qualify

  4. Min credit score 660, max DTI 43%, Buyer must come in with at least 1% of their own funds for down payment

  5. Buyer must not own any other properties at closing. They don’t have to be a first time buyer, but this must be their only property upon closing date.
