  1. The program provides a grant equal to 2% of the purchase price that does not need to be repaid. ever.

    Example:

    Buyer is putting 3% down on $500,000 purchase price ($15,000)

    The grant would cover the initial 2% or $10,000 and buyer is only responsible for 1% or $5,000

  3. No Income limits or restrictions for properties located in qualifying targeted areas*

  4. Min credit score 660, max DTI 43%, Buyer must come in with at least 1% of their own funds for down payment

  5. Buyer must not own any other properties at closing. They don’t have to be a first time buyer, but this must be their only property upon closing date.
